much of it has to do with his age and activity on a daily basis. You should try to eat many small meals a day, so if you eat breakfast at 7 am and lunch at noon, between a protein shake would be good. a half hour before and immediately after exercise. For most of the protein-protein .... Some glutamer ... blood type on his team faster than others ..... and some larger parts than others. So go get a popular brand at a GNC, test, experiment with others that match your needs.
